In-Person 1 on 1 Personal Training:
For the ultimate experience of support, instruction, accountability, and energy I offer in-person 1 on 1 personal training to a limited number of clients.I can travel to your home or host you at my private studio if you are selected as an in-person client. This service includes monthly exercise programming as well as video and email feedback. Online Coaching:
I offer this service for people who want a plan, support, and feedback, but don’t require the real-time instruction of 1 on 1 personal training.
